Background: The glycemic response to dietary fructose is low, which may improve
concentrations of glycated hemoglobin (HbA 1c, a marker of dysglycemia). Meanwhile,
adverse effects on plasma triacylglycerol (a marker of dyslipidemia) and body weight have
