Definitive hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) first appear in the aorta/gonad/mesonephros
(AGM) region and migrate to the fetal liver where they massively produce hematopoietic
cells before establishing hematopoiesis in the bone marrow at a perinatal stage. In the AGM
